Terms Conditions Returns

We hold a very large number of items in stock and most orders usually processed within 24-48 business hours.

"Special Order Items" usually processed within 3-4 business days.

Parts marked as Special order are either items that must be custom made, very large items or items shipped to you directly from our supplier.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about item availability or are not familiar with some of our products. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Once you receive the shipment, please inspect the merchandise. If you do find parts that are damaged, incorrect or you have any other concerns, please do not remove the parts from factory packaging. Hold such items up to the bike and make sure it is what you want or contact us for assistance.

Merchandise must remain in the original box with the original packing materials and must be in unused condition or we will be unable to process a claim.

Our warranty does not cover products that are damage due to improper installation or operation.
If you do not know how to install parts or have any doubts as to your ability, please see a qualified motorcycle mechanic.

If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than item(s) being damaged or incorrect, a restocking fee might be charged: amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s).

We cannot accept any item that is not in its original packing, have been used or installed.
No returns after 30 days from order date.
All returns must have a return authorization number (use form below).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No returns on Special orders

(applies to non-stock items ordered at customer's request)

We reserve the right to cancel order in the following situations..

.....Your order is flagged up by our security system as unsual order

     or an order susceptible to fraud.

..... There was an error in the price quote.

..... The product is no longer available.

..... Buyer is not responding to our emails or phone calls.

If item qualified for return you will receive the RA number usually within 1 business day. Or you will receive a detailed explanation why RA number was denied.
